Vampire's Eyeglasses - Allows extra health to slowly be restored.In combination, each enemy defeated increases your max health by 5, 3 of which is then restored. Vampire's Fangs - Halves your max health again, but allows you to restore 3 health for each enemy defeated.It does NOT heal the health its adds on, you must use other means to recover. This modifier increases by +1% for every enemy you kill, up to a maximum of +50%. So now there's an even lower chance of getting the cursed relic NPC to spawn per non-boss dungeon floor.Modify max health by -50%. They also added at least 1 more NPC, maybe more, a guy who will give you all his crystals for all your gold. This includes one for the cursed relic seller, so entering the dungeon with this and starting with a bought cursed relic will get you half-way there at the start. New Relics were added to the collection pool, including NPC tokens that will make the specified NPC spawn as one of the three in the dungeon. In the area where you start your run, there is now a cursed Relic shop in the top-left In exchange for crystals you can buy 1 of 3 relics to start your run with and increase your chances of getting all 4 that you need. UPDATE : There have been a number of patches since submitting this solution that have made it much easier to get this achievement. Volatile Gemstone: Signature charge rate and decay are increased dramatically but charged signature damage is reduced. Vampire’s Fangs: Defeating enemies regenerates health but max health is reduced. Tortoise Shield: Increase armor but decrease damage. Tiny Crocodile Heart: Reduces max health but increases max health for each enemy defeated. Stanza of Flames: All fire arcana cause burning but take double damage from water spells. Spiked Emergency Kit: Regenerate health while at critically low health. Silver Spinning Top: Increases the activation speed of arcana but slows movement speed. Sharpened Stylus: Increases damage but signature can no longer be charged. Paronomasicon: Your attacks on council members are more punishing. Overpriced Insurance: Expend all gold at the start of each stage and heal for a fraction of the expended amount. All gold gained, with interest, will go toward paying off this debt. Ominous Loan Note: Immediately receive a large sum of gold. Nog’s Heavenly Boots: Adds a significant chance to evade attacks but take double damage. Max health is reduced and health potions have no effect. Large Red Button: Regain full health every time an exit portal is used. Horned Halo: Revive with low health when defeated but consumes half of current health when picked up. Golden Saber of Envy: Increases damage but store prices are increased. Golden Armor of Envy: Increases armor but store prices are increased. Glass Cannon: Damage increased but max health is reduced. Flashy Boots: Allows you to triple dash but lowers movement speed. Double Trouble: Deal double damage but receive double damage. Double Toil: Reduces cooldowns by half but receive double damage. Double Edged Cestus: Increase basic arcana damage. Crimson Clover: Critical hit chance is increased for you and all enemies. Broken Plague Flask: Enemy max health is lowered, but your health is lowered as well. Armor of Greed: Grants a significant boost in armor. Anchor of Burden: Damage and stuns are increased but movement speed is reduced for each cursed relic owned. Alchemist’s Stone: All Chaos Gems gained during the Chaos Trials are transmuted into gold. *** Spoiler - click to reveal *** Abhorrent Cologne: Enemies have less health, but enemy damage is increased. Below is a list of all 27 Cursed Relics and their effects. So per run there are only 6 chances to get the cursed relic shop, you only have a 1/6 chance to get it each time, AND you have to get it on 4 separate stages as you are only allowed to take 1 of the 3 cursed relics each time. The green will always be Artisan Andres, and the purple will always be Virtuoso Iris, but the red portal will be a random one of the other NPCs. 1 - Relics and potion 2 - Arcana 3 - Pinata 4 - Card swap 5 - Relic buyer 6 - Med bay 7 - Clothing merchant 8 - Cursed Relics Each floor will have a Green, Purple, and Red shop, denoted by the color of the portal that appears in the shop. The reason for this is that there are three "stores" per non-boss stage but those are random from a list of 8. I've made it to 3-3 multiple times now and never once gotten it. Cursed artefacts give you some form of bonus but at a cost. This requires you to take a random cursed artefact in 4 separate stages.
